私たちは、その時代、その時代の前衛の積み重ねが伝統を作り上げると考えます。日本各地の伝統を受け継ぐ庭師衆たちと連携して、その場所にある理（ことわり）を読み解き、地元にある素材を活用しながら、時にはその土地から受けたインスピレーションにあった素材を国内外から取り寄せ、その場面にあった細やかなディテールを積み重ねて、細部にこだわる庭を生み出して行きます。

We believe tradition is the accumulation of all the boundary-pushing ideas of generations past. Working together with gardeners who embrace the local traditions of Japan, we endeavor to understand the area. Utilizing both locally sourced materials as well as ordering materials inspired by the region from within Japan and internationally—we create intricate gardens that are the sum of all the details.
