For this restaurant facing the Dotonbori River in Horie, Osaka City, we used a stone called Teppei-seki for the flooring . This Teppei-seki, taken from Suwa in Nagano Prefecture, brought a unique taste of nature. We also made the reception counter with offcuts from the same stone. For the private room in the back, we used diatomite on the walls to create a woodblock-style atmosphere.

大阪市堀江の道頓堀川に長く面する料亭の床石を鉄平石で貼った。
長野県諏訪の鉄平石を使用し、自然素材ならではの味が出た。レセプションカウンターも、その端材で作成。奥の個室の壁は珪藻土により版築風の雰囲気を演出。
